Advanced Printing Methods and Substrates for Stretchable Electronics
摘要
The continuous evolution of flexible and wearable electronics has necessitated the development of advanced printing methods and compatible substrates to meet stringent performance and reliability requirements. This chapter explores the diverse array of printing technologies that enable the fabrication of stretchable, conformal, and multifunctional electronic devices. High-throughput roll-to-roll techniques, such as screen, gravure, flexographic, offset, pad, inkjet, and aerosol jet printing, offer tailored solutions for various material formulations, geometries, and substrate types. Each method possesses distinct advantages and limitations in terms of resolution, pattern fidelity, throughput, and material compatibility.
