Design and Assessment of an IoT-Enabling Nursing Assistant Robot for Remote Patient Care
摘要
This study aimed to develop and evaluate an IoT-based nurse assistant system for real-time vital signs monitoring. The system integrated a smart headband with sensors for heart rate, blood pressure, and temperature, along with a mobile application for data visualization and remote monitoring. Data collection involved continuous monitoring of vital signs and system performance metrics. Statistical analysis compared measurements from the prototype with standard medical devices. Results indicated a strong correlation between the prototype's measurements and traditional methods, demonstrating its potential for accurate and reliable vital signs monitoring. User feedback highlighted the system's usability and potential to improve patient care. Future research should focus on expanding the system's capabilities and conducting larger-scale clinical trials.
