Cell Derived/Bionic-Drug Delivery Vehicles
摘要
Nanomedicines have attracted extensive attention owing to their excellent tissue penetration ability. However, there are still some unsolved problems such as the easy aggregation and rapid clearance by immune system. Cell-derived/bionic vehicles are similar to cell membranes and have low immunogenicity. They are now considered as the promising platforms for evading immune system capture, extending circulation time, and targeting tumor cells through homing tendency proteins in the plasma membrane. In this chapter, the preparation methods, advantages, and the applications of cell-derived/bionic-drug delivery vehicles were summarized. Moreover, based on the recent research progresses, we discussed and proposed the challenges and future directions regarding cell-derived/bionic vehicles.
