As the basis for analysis the paper provides overview of key technological advancements in crisesCrises preventionPrevention and response, with a focus on critical infrastructure protectionCritical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) and resilience. The proposed Android Knowledge Application (AKAAndroid Knowledge Application (AKA)) is given in the context of the latest developments in CIPCritical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) and resilience in EU and NATO, as a part of improvement process of crisis response strategiesCrisis response strategies. Practical example of AKAAndroid Knowledge Application (AKA) is presented in a form of a TOC-s tool, a dynamic data base which offers comprehensive information on global terrorist network and help researchers, analysts, students and other stakeholders working to prevent terrorismTerrorism. TOC-s database sources, application and perspectives have been discussed in the results section. The main conclusion could be that the continuous evolution of all mentioned technologies and systems underscores the importance of investment in research and development, training, and collaborative efforts among stakeholders.
