Genetic Evolution Processes
摘要
In this chapter, we focus on the reproduction of individuals through the transmission of their alleles. This transmission is described in a population with fixed size by the Wright-Fisher process that we study in detail. Through a time change, the study of the genealogy yields the coalescent process.
