B-Flat Major Piano Sonata D 960, II. Movement: The Phenomenon of Rapture and the Subsequent Spiritual Transformation
摘要
The Andante con moto of the B-flat major sonata inherits several archetypal and musical motifs from the Andantino of the A major sonata, as it was composed concurrently with the previously analysed sonata movement. These include, presented here in general terms: the sigh motif, the theme of the paradise on earth and the fate motif. However, these are worked out here from a different perspective.
