Combined Bankart and SLAP lesions is a common problem of shoulder pathology. We described the repair augmentation by labroplasty and simultaneous trans-subscapular transposition of the long head of the biceps, that can simultaneously treat biceps and anterior inferior labral lesion. This technique is our method of choice for treatment of SLAP and Bankart lesions with combination of poor quality gleno-humeral ligaments with or without subcritical anterior-inferior bone loss.
