In the theater, it is the boards that mean the world. In the deployment of medically qualified personnel, apps can now provide assistance. What can the Mobile Rescuers initiative do? Smartphone-based first responder alerting (SbEA) is less about an app and more about qualified volunteer first responders. The association itself neither owns nor distributes an app or any technical alerting system. Since early 2014, the non-profit Mobile Retter e. V. has been committed to promoting SbEA in Germany. We support local authorities (districts/counties and independent cities) in the structured project implementation and sustainable routine operation of these systems. Our focus is on supporting the active volunteer management of their first responders as a decisive success factor for SbEA.
