My Master Plan to Reach My Goal
摘要
Anyone who wants to lose weight has goals. These naturally include the core desire to “weigh less”—but also other accompanying, down-to-earth, pragmatic goals such as “reduced clothing sizes” or “lowering body fat content,” which are common objectives in weight loss. In addition, everyone has very personal visions they would like to see realized—literally—during and after successful weight reduction. This “visualization before the mind’s eye,” autosuggestion, and gaining clarity about one’s various goals at different stages is made possible by the “master plan” in this chapter. Here, too, active participation from readers is required, as the tables to be filled out prompt them to engage in an inner dialogue with themselves and their goals, helping them to find clarity.
