Within the realm of social engineering, human hackers have developed a wide range of methods to gain access to and obtain sensitive information. One particularly sophisticated tactic among these strategies is vishing (voice phishing). In vishing, human hackers use targeted phone calls to elicit valuable key information or to manipulate the called individual into actions that may be potentially harmful to themselves or their organization.
