Responsible Authorities, Organizations, and Institutions
摘要
Both victims of domestic violence and those who perpetrate it are, in most cases, eventually confronted with various authorities and institutions (e.g., youth welfare offices, public prosecutor’s office, courts, and counseling centers). Therefore, Chapter 3 focuses on official and institutional measures in cases of domestic violence—e.g., police measures such as perpetrator addressing, eviction, and return prohibition, but also interventions carried out by youth welfare offices. Of particular importance are the different formats of high-risk management, which involve the intensive cooperation of the authorities, organizations, and institutions responsible for a specific case.
