Robotic-Assisted Retroperitoneal Triple Neurectomy
摘要
The indication for endoscopic triple neurectomy is rarely given, but is justified in individual cases. This chapter discusses the indications and contraindications and provides an overview of the functions of the nerves that are severed during neurectomy; these are important, especially when advising patients about possible postoperative bulging and hypoesthesia. The individual robotic-assisted surgical steps are described.
