Anatomy of the Navel
摘要
The robotic systems offer a new quality of image and image viewing during operations. As a result, attention to smaller and previously unnoticed anatomical details is also new. This chapter presents the essential aspects of endoscopic (posterior) periumbilical anatomy for the robotic-assisted treatment of umbilical hernias that contribute to improved clinical outcomes: peritoneum, urachus, innervation and perforator vessels are discussed.
