摘要

In this chapter we will look at a few aspects of the very young universe. We are making a big leap from the time of decoupling, at about \(t={380{,}000~\mathrm {y}}\) , back to the very first fractions of a second after the Big Bang. In particular, we discuss the idea of inflation, an extremely strong expansion of the universe in the very first moments.
