The 9th chapter of this book finally dispels any doubt that ambidexterity is an impossible endeavor. The last interview in this book is viewed through the lens of a lawyer. Together with Prof. Roderich Thümmel, who is a lawyer, lecturer, and himself a member of supervisory boards and advisory boards, we discuss the question of whether the growing risks, regulations, and framework conditions make it almost impossible for supervisory boards to focus on the future. The lawyer vehemently denies this. It is a thesis he cannot agree with.
