Now that we have learned about the positioning of the company on the winning wheel and about the indicators of resilience and now that we have identified the measures entailed, further questions arise: How does it all fit together? Under what circumstances can corporate resilience be affirmed? And what is ultimately the result that needs to be identified? What we are still missing is a test scheme, a procedure for testing for resilience, and that is what is shown below. The following summarizes the initial derivation of resilience and puts the individual steps in a meaningful order, illustrating the results and insights that we gain at each stage.
