With the alert keyword “unconscious at a construction site”, the emergency medical service (EMS) dispatch center dispatches an ambulance and a physician-staffed EMS unit to a new development area in town. Upon arrival, agitated craftsmen report that one of their colleagues is unconscious on the scaffold and point to the third level of the scaffold located at a shell construction. At about 6 meters / 19 feet height, the EMS team can identify the scene where obviously two construction workers are kneeling next to the lying patient.
