Typology of Violence
摘要
The cross-source linking of study data is one of the more difficult problems in violence research, as current data on violence is typically generated by various, independently operating organizations and also for reasons of confidentiality. Moreover, evidence from forensic doctors and posthumous information from forensic doctors usually cannot be linked with the data collected by the police. At the same time, there is currently a general lack of consensus on the way in which data on violence is collected, which significantly complicates data analysis and comparison between communities and nations (UNECE 2019).
