VT in Ischemic Cardiomyopathy
摘要
Catheter ablation represents a successful therapeutic option for patients with scar-related ventricular tachycardias in the context of ischemic cardiomyopathy. The benefit of catheter ablation of ventricular tachycardias has been demonstrated in numerous clinical studies, and the procedure is part of the clinical routine in many electrophysiological catheter laboratories. This article provides a practical guide for performing ablation of ischemic ventricular tachycardias, with the authors describing both conventional and substrate-oriented mapping and ablation strategies as well as approaches for integrating imaging modalities.
