The overall process improvement approach consists of the individual components from the previous chapters. This chapter brings together the different parts to successfully complete projects. Approaches are described for implementation progress tracking. Finally, a process for implementing process improvements is described, which allows for simple or radical changes to be introduced in the company. The organisational impacts and tasks for process improvement are discussed. The focus is on the organisation of the improvement approaches, including current procedures from agile project management.
