摘要
The emerging and enacting of strategic renewal was identified inductively through a single-case study, guided by qualitative, interpretive inquiry. This approach allowed the research to capture and give voice to the nuanced interpretations of those directly experiencing the phenomenon within the organization. Rather than imposing pre-existing theoretical frameworks, the study is grounded in an open-ended exploration of data, enabling the emergence of novel insights that are deeply contextual to the case setting.
