To explore the phenomenon of strategic renewal in born-digital companies, this study adopts a robust methodical approach grounded in qualitative, interpretive paradigms. Emphasizing the subjective experiences and contextual dynamics of strategic renewal through internal corporate ventures (ICVs), the study integrates foundational scientific theories, including symbolic interactionism and constructivism, to reconstruct social realities. This section outlines the research logic, design, and strategies employed to ensure rigor and validity while addressing the complexities of strategic renewal.
