This chapter synthesises the dissertation's contributions by mapping all 19 research projects and seven software iterations to the DSRM framework, reviewing all seven DSR guidelines, and discussing managerial, practical, and theoretical implications of mobile ethnography. It identifies communication as an integral rather than final DSRM step, acknowledges key limitations including European context bias and the author's dual role, and closes with an outlook on AI-assisted analysis as the primary direction for future development.
