This chapter explains the detection architecture developed in the implementation chapter, including the structure, algorithmic components and metrics. As in a machine-to-machine (M2M) payment environment, human oversight is minimal and devices are computationally restricted, this work adopts a layered multi-agent system combined with selective blockchain integration. The architecture is designed to remain working within the computational, storage and energy constraints typical for IoT devices.
