Kindness is a hallmark of effective leadership and, over time, proves to be a more sustainable choice that should be exhibited even during challenging periods. In contrast, destructive leadership, marked by a lack of kindness, is a harsh reality in many organizational settings. This chapter employs the Practical Syllogism further to explore the reality part from a particular perspective.
