In this chapter we are going to describe and analyze the situation after 44 day war, give details about post-war situation in the region and in this context explore the process of strengthening of Russian-Azerbaijani relations. We shall find out some vital links between 44 day and Russian-Ukrainian war, some logical ties in political actions and strategic approachments of parties. During 2020–2022 there have been many events, meetings and decisions which are important to take into account and include in our work.
