In this chapter, we will present the situation in Armenia for the period 2018–2020, that is, before the beginning of 44-day war. The goal is to understand and show the direction and course of Armenia’s foreign policy in relations with Russia and the European Union during the years of governance of the new Armenian authorities, what progress and perhaps setbacks occurred in those years, whether the new government was faithful to the statements it had previously made and etc. We will divide the chapter into subchapters.

摘要

In this chapter, we will present the situation in Armenia for the period 2018–2020, that is, before the beginning of 44-day war.
