In this chapter we will discuss the EU’s eastern dimension including neighbouring countries through two main programs such are ENP and EaP. We will highlight the aims and natures of these programs and also write down about the structures and institutes in EU which are responsible for and interested in these programs. Then will follow the study of member states which are most involved in general from both sides: from the EU and from target countries (Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus, Armenia, Georgia and Azerbaijan).
