Following the methodology laid out in Chap. 3, this chapter brings in the real-world perspectives of those who worked or currently are working at the intersection of blockchain and the PSC. Their insights help understand the barriers to implementation that go beyond technical limitations. Using the TAM as a guide, the interview responses were analyzed to identify the behavioral factors that drive or hinder adoption.
