This research aims to create a deeper understanding of the increasingly key role played by the private sector in Internet governance as reflected in how diplomacy is changing to better interact and engage with it. The project looks at the factors that led Denmark and Switzerland to establish their tech ambassadors and the practice of tech diplomacy; more specifically, we aim at better understanding the reasons that led those two countries to establish their tech ambassadors and the practice of tech diplomacy.
