It is not quite easy to answer the question: What is Neurodiversity? This term is complex and has become a topic of numerous discussions, as it is interconnected with multiple disciplines and research areas. The Neurodiversity model suggests an alternative look at neurodevelopmental differences, proposing to see them as a form of biodiversity instead of disorders. It also emphasizes the subjective nature of “norm”, where some people see their differences as problems, and others perceive the same features as part of their identity.
