The Blueprint for Impactful Inspiration
摘要
How can inspiration be designed so that it is both targeted and repeatable—while remaining ethically acceptable? In this chapter, I show how inspiration can be transformed from an intuitive ability into a systematic, reproducible method that supports sustainable and well-founded decision-making. The foundation for this approach is the Elaboration Likelihood Model, from which I derive six requirements that make inspired decisions more stable, robust, and durable. In addition, I formulate four design principles for ethically responsible inspiration—with a focus on transparency, intention, self-determination, and respectful communication. A practical example from my consulting practice illustrates how these elements interact in real-world application and support the path from the initial idea to effective implementation. These requirements and design principles subsequently serve as concrete specifications for the development of the method throughout the remainder of the book.
