Summary
摘要
At the outset, the thesis suggests that the immense technological advances of recent years have also given rise to entirely new possibilities for supporting knowledge-intensive processes in the course of KES. Continuing the tradition of KES in CSCW and taking up the discussions regarding the capture, description, and demonstration of knowledge, it can be argued that novel technologies have the potential to form a new third generation of knowledge management. The thesis focuses on AR-based CPPS, due to their strong potential to support knowledge-intensive processes.
