Communication in the Innovation Process
摘要
This chapter emphasizes that dialogue plays a central role in creative processes. The function and the problems that can arise from inadequate coordination among participants are illustrated with examples. Based on the definition of “communication”, both rational and proven methods for conducting dialogue (dialogue method) as well as the development of communication in creative groups and the requirements for their leadership are described. Communication in international and globally operating multidisciplinary groups will pose new demands on their design.
