Elections take place all over the world under diverse conditions and in the most diverse contexts. Across all these contexts, maintaining electoral integrity is one of the top priorities for democratic elections. However, elections, like so many other political and social processes, are subject to constant change, which has to do with evolving contextual conditions, changing requirements and ever-evolving demands.
