This chapter presents the results of the multivariate regression analyses. First, Sect. 20.1 presents the linear regression models testing hypotheses on social and political trust (H4.1 to H4.3), winner effects and partisanship (H5.1 to H5.3), political interest, political knowledge, and media use (H6.1 to H6.4), as well as sociodemographic variables (H7.1 to H7.3). Discussing the regression results considering the theoretical arguments outlined in Chap. 18 will provide insights into the general influence of determinants on perceptions of electoral integrity among German citizens.

摘要

This chapter presents the results of the multivariate regression analyses. First, Sect. 20.1 presents the linear regression models testing hypotheses on social and political trust (H4.1 to H4.3), winner effects and partisanship (H5.1 to H5.3), political interest, political knowledge, and media use (H6.1 to H6.4), as well as sociodemographic variables (H7.1 to H7.3). Discussing the regression results considering the theoretical arguments outlined in Chap. 18 will provide insights into the general influence of determinants on perceptions of electoral integrity among German citizens.
