This chapter describes the research design that has been selected for the implementation of the empirical survey within the scope of this work. A qualitative-exploratory research design has been used, the characteristics of which are initially explained in Sect. 4.1. Subsequently, the methods for data collection and analysis are presented, before the data collection is described and the analysis of the data is explained. The evaluation of the research quality of the empirical research of this work concludes the present chapter.
