Chapter 3 focuses on the presentation and analysis of scientific contributions discussing aspects of communication in civil and disaster protection organizations. Sect. 3.1 initially provides a literature overview on this topic, before Sect. 3.2 evaluates the results and explains the identified research gap. Thus, Chap. 3 is dedicated to answering Research Question (I).
