The contents of this chapter represent an independent application of the three approaches previously introduced and discussed—the paradox approach, the ontological approach, and the systemic approach—and thus form the core of the theory development of this work. This application is guided by the central question of how contradiction phenomena can be theoretically captured from a social science perspective, particularly with regard to organizational communication. At its core is the development of the theory of the so-called contradiction-assemblage, a social science model with multiple levels of analysis, which theoretically captures contradictions and tensions and reveals their complexity.

摘要

The contents of this chapter represent an independent application of the three approaches previously introduced and discussed—the paradox approach, the ontological approach, and the systemic approach—and thus form the core of the theory development of this work. This application is guided by the central question of how contradiction phenomena can be theoretically captured from a social science perspective, particularly with regard to organizational communication. At its core is the development of the theory of the so-called contradiction-assemblage, a social science model with multiple levels of analysis, which theoretically captures contradictions and tensions and reveals their complexity.
