Analysis of Police Cases of Offender Structures in the Field of Clan Crime — An Empirical Study from Police Practice
摘要
Clan crime has been occupying law enforcement agencies since the early 2000s and has also entered the political agenda since 2019. With the political focus and the establishment of the Federal-State Initiative on Clan Crime (BLICK) in 2019, the German police are systematically addressing the fight against, as well as the processing and elucidation of this complex phenomenon. This chapter discusses empirical knowledge about organisational forms and modes of operation of clan-based structures of suspects of Arabic/Turkish-based origin.
