The paper analyses the relationship between commoning organising and justice from a Foucauldian discourse analytical perspective. As commoning refers to social togetherness, peer governance, and care economy, democratisation connects to organising in the three dimensions of society: political and economic. From a genealogical perspective, this power/knowledge can be found in the educational philosopher Dewey’s criticism of a structurally unjust society and his demand for a three-dimensional democratisation towards a “great transformation” and a “great society”. Dewey and commoning refer to this threefold notion of democratisation as transforming the self and the collective. From a Foucauldian analysis, the dispositif of radical democracy applies an empirically grounded search for patterns of success, and by this, a systematically evaluative and solution-oriented approach to society and its practice of democratisation. By establishing new language patterns, the objects are systematically formed, of which the discourse speaks. The dispositif intervenes in the societal discourse through relational, practice-oriented onto-epistemic justice in organising.

摘要
