Now that the relevant literature has been reviewed, key terms defined, and the theoretical framework and research questions outlined, this chapter presents an overview of the research model. The model is grounded in the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) approach from neobehaviorism. The following sections outline the conceptualization of each construct, the associated hypotheses, and the rationale for further examining Generation Z’s preferences—structured around the three research questions previously derived in Chapter 3, Section 3.2.4.
