The research questions of this thesis were derived from the structural shift in EEAs. This is linked to the fact, that decentralized or domain centralized architectures were structured by technological or functional aspects, while a zone centralization requires the structuring by geometrical aspects. As the problem posed involves an interdisciplinary complex system, a limitation to relevant aspects is essential for the identification of a meaningful solution.
