The following first chapter of the discussion answers RQ1 and also shows the importance of applying a practice-based lens to this kind of research in order to reveal the intracies of the identified practices and their underlying influencing factors. This is followed by five chapters to answer RQ2, with a first introductory synthesizing chapter that relates the three ICT artifacts developed to the previously identified food practices and to each other. What follows are three chapters that focus on analyzing and answering RQ2 from the perspective of the three identified phases of meal practices (pre-meal practices, meal consumption, and post-meal practices).
