Psychological perspectives can help master the various challenges of implementing and executing agile project methodologies. In this chapter, we first discuss multiple challenges of agile work, such as lack of openness to new experiences, lack of trust within the organization, lack of understanding from managers, negative attitudes toward agile work, fear of transparency, lack of personal responsibility, transparency deficits, lack of dealing with mistakes constructively, poorly developed collaboration, insufficient prioritization and focus, and failure to meet deadline cycles and time limits. Secondly, we present psychological perspectives that can help solve the challenges identified: psychological safety, mindset, social norms, social identity, and habits.

摘要
