In the theoretical overview, the specifics of outdoor mathematics were highlighted in terms of modelling, argumentation and problem-solving, as well as the digital tool MathCityMap. Based on these considerations and compilations, the first draft of the map of outdoor mathematics could be filled with landscape and further details around these regions. Nevertheless, the map has so far only been created based on “reports” and assumptions—a circumstance that, as we will see shortly, leads to some blank spots on the map.
