This Quick Guide presented an empirically validated compliance success model, which demonstrates that successful compliance can positively influence corporate success. It also showed which levers should be optimized with which priority for successful compliance. Recommendations for action to improve and optimize compliance were given for all eleven levers of successful compliance. These are by no means all new and not exhaustive. However, they can help to critically question and possibly adjust the previously implemented compliance processes and measures as well as the existing internal corporate conditions (e.g., the importance of compliance, “Tone from the Top”).

摘要

This Quick Guide presented an empirically validated compliance success model, which demonstrates that successful compliance can positively influence corporate success. It also showed which levers should be optimized with which priority for successful compliance. Recommendations for action to improve and optimize compliance were given for all eleven levers of successful compliance. These are by no means all new and not exhaustive. However, they can help to critically question and possibly adjust the previously implemented compliance processes and measures as well as the existing internal corporate conditions (e.g., the importance of compliance, “Tone from the Top”).
