In this chapter, the methodological approach for the case study as well as external factors and risks will be discussed. The first subchapter will focus on the method of data collection and analysis. Since the impact of the posted content by Jamal al-Khatib on social media regarding different aspects will be in focus, it will first be discussed the method of collecting and categorizing the respective posts. In the following, the method of data collection and analysis for the two aspects reach and resistance will be presented. The second subchapter focusses on external factors as well as risks and ethics.
