Strategy work in companies is currently undergoing profound transformation, as the conditions and prerequisites for it have changed massively. Strategy work with a systemic perspective on organizations and their environments is particularly well suited to effectively address strategic control issues and implement them with strong follow-through. At the same time, strategic competence and control capability are increased, transfer problems are reduced, and the company system is strengthened overall. Systemic Strategy Work is therefore both strategic and cultural work. As such, it represents a central success factor for the future viability of companies.
