Becoming an Interactive Digital Witness: A Case Study of Leon Weintraub’s (Audiovisual) Testimony
摘要
Literary narration is of fundamental importance for victims and survivors of the Holocaust. However, we know little about how it feels for witnesses to capture their memories in the form of a digital testimony and what opportunities and dangers they see in these digital testimonies. This paper thus contains an interview with Dr. Leon Weintraub, conducted in 2024, in which he elaborates on his perceptions of the process of digitizing his testimony.
